Shrove Tuesday Year 1 2022

It was with great excitement and joy that Year 1 welcomed parents to celebrate Shrove Tuesday with them. Year 1 led a short worship with a poem, prayer, hymn and thought on Lent before taking pancake orders from their parents and serving them.

Parents left comments such as 'It was a great experience, thank you for inviting us around' , 'It was a very touching experience', 'seeing the twins and all the children praying and speaking' and 'Enjoying pancakes together as a school'.
