Class Reading Areas

We dedicated our Inset Day April 19th 2022 on developing reading areas using The Reading Framework.

 

As teachers and TAs we created a cannon of key tests for each year group for the class reading area and we will add to this each year. We will ensure that two books will appear in the book area of the following year to support reading confidence and faimilarity. In addition we have identified 6 titles from the quality reading class texts to appear in reading areas so that pupils of all reading abilities can enjoy for pleasure.
