Class Visits

On Tuesday 17th January (Wainwright’s Birthday) Yr4 walked to the Archive centre to take part in their Alfred Wainwright Workshop

We learned about his life, what he was like as a child and how he became an artist of the Lakeland fells.

We tried out our historical enquiry skills and our artistic skills too.

The children were really engaged in the learning and had some super prior knowledge to share.
