Reindeer Run 2021

On Tuesday 7th December the whole school took part in a sponsored Reindeer Run in Aid of the local charity Jigsaw. Everyone ran laps of the KS2 playground in costume depending on their age (from 1 lap for FS to 8 laps for KS2). Despite the windy and blustery weather our smiles, music and Mini Police kept us going and we loved coming back in to warm hot chocolate made by our dinner teachers!

 

On Thursday the lady from Jigsaw visited us in worship and told us how the money will be used. We gave her our donations and she was delighted. We raised a total amount of £1,892.75 !!!

 

The children were so inspired they asked if we can run the race again next year for Jigsaw.
